Sooner or later you will find out that you are good. Maybe that you’re very good. Better than the others around you and also more successful than all your friends and peers. It would be enough for some. Perhaps it would be enough for all of them. But is that really what you want? If so, it’s enough for you too. But if your heart tells you that you want more and go higher, do not stop searching and improving in all areas you feel you can still move further.

It’s up to you to decide whether you will work more and longer. Even if others are already satisfied, in a shower or having a rest. What do you do today? What do you really want to do? Do you want to improve yourself today? Do you think about your development? Will you go to work out or swim today only voluntarily. Without a coach. Just be with yourself and think of yourself, your own ideas, goals, feelings of the body, muscles, flexibility and its needs.

Unfortunately, it is not what happened yesterday. Nobody asks. Unfortunately, it is not enough to “just maintain your form”. It depends on if you move higher and do something more.
In one day or one afternoon there will be no dramatic shift. But what makes a difference are these small steps taken every day.
